  • Analyze customer's loan-to-value ratio, debt-to-income ratio, credit report, application, income and assets
  • Review and evaluate loan documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Determine if additional documentation or information would aid loan decision

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years of underwriting experience with at least 1 year in FHA loans (Federal Housing Association)
  • DE (Direct Endorsement) certification
