A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing upfront review and initial credit decisions
- Reviewing files for applicants, FHA loans, and providing income analysis
- Issuing the final approval after all items are collected by the Loan Processing Team
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of front-end, retail purchase mortgage experience
- Ability to underwrite FHA loans
- DE or SAR certified
- Advanced professional conventional underwriting experience
