A recruiting and staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Review and analyze loan applicants' credit histories, financial statements, and other financial information
- Interpret and analyze complex tax returns and financial documents
- Utilize and Interpret output from DO, LP and GUS underwriting systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Require High School graduate or GED
- 4-5 years mortgage experience
- Must understand the fundamentals of lending and loan processing for mortgage loans
- Professional appearance and attitude is essential
