Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Denver.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Evaluating mortgage applicant’s employment, debt, and income according to policy
Quickly assessing risk and making quality decisions on mortgage applications
Verifying information on mortgage loan applications

Qualifications for this position include:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience
DE and SAR/LAPP
Current experience as an active FHA, VA, Fannie and Freddie Underwriter
Knowledge in MSWord, MSExcel, DataTrac, etc
Strong working knowledge of mortgage credit profiles and credit history
Complete knowledge of loan documents
