A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriter in Englewood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating loan risk by underwriting conventional and government loans
- Reviewing loan application and supporting documentation according to PMLLC and specific investor guidelines
- Maintaining acceptable quality control finding percentage and responds timely to audits
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in underwriting conventional conforming, VA, and FHA
- Minimum 3-5 years prior Mortgage Underwriting experience
