Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Mortgage Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Being responsible for file analysis of all loan submittals
• Reviewing all terms, conditions, appraisals, credit
• Ensuring that all documents are in line with our bank’s standards

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3-5 years of first mortgage underwriting experience
• Detail-oriented and well-versed with program and product specifications
• Knowledgeable with personal and business financial analysis
• Proficient with cash flow and Adjusted Growth Income self-employed income analysis and corporate tax returns
• Excellent communications skills; verbally and written
• Strong negotiation skills and handling difficult situations
