- Verifying accuracy of all mathematical and financial calculations
- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years of recent underwriting conventional, FHA, VA, or Bond Program loans or
- Experience with jumbo, or permanent/one-time close loans
- Expert level of mathematical aptitude
- Proficient knowledge of mortgage loan processing and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant underwriting systems
- Certifications and qualifications will be considered for higher starting salary
