Job Summary

A home loan servicing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain a working knowledge of new government regulations and real estate laws
• Serve as a Direct Escalation point for Wholesale Ops, Sales and Underwriting
• Ensure all loans are of marketable quality

Qualifications Include:

• 10 Years in credit/management roles
• Experience Managing Underwriting Groups/Teams
• Demonstrated ability to interpret guidelines and make decisions based on these interpretations
• College Degree preferred.
• VA/LAPP & FHA DE preferred
