Job Summary
A lending company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and motivating a team of local and remote underwriters
- Participating in the management, revision and training of Credit Risk policies
- Assisting in the management of the underwriting pipeline
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, finance or related field
- Minimum of the most recent five years’ experience in credit risk roles of increased responsibility
- Minimum of the most recent three years’ experience in underwriting management
- Experience with government loans is required
- Strong interpersonal communication and team building skills
