Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance on escalated underwriting loan scenarios and requirements
- Training, Managing, and developing team of Underwriters
- Providing complete overview of the Underwriting quality trending
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Comfortable with conversations with customers and members
- Experience managing mortgage operations that involved customer interaction
- Minimum seven (7) years related work experience in mortgage lending with at least 3 years of underwriting experience.
- Ability to lead and manage a team remotely
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, grow, and retain talent
