A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Distributing work to underwriting team according to goals and workload
- Acting as an escalation contact for government related questions
- Participating in performance review process
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS/BA in Finance, Operations or Management, or equivalent work history
- 5+ years of experience in all aspects of residential mortgage origination
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal laws pertaining to the mortgage banking industry
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy
