Job Summary
A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager in Horsham.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, mentor, train, review, counsel and motivate Underwriters and Team Leads
- Ensure that underwriting staff underwrites loans
- Provide technical expertise and direction to the team
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 10 years experience in the mortgage industry
- Minimum 5 years underwriting experience
- Minimum 5 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years in Credit Risk/Policy Analysis type position
- FHA DE Designation, not required for Non-Agency Management roles
- VA SAR Designation, not required for Non-Agency Management roles
