Job Summary

A mortgage company has an open position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Manager in Rosemont.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee all team member communications, meetings, periodic reviews
• Monitor daily production of the team and reallocate workload as needed
• Coach and train underwriters on best practices and support complex analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

• Associates and five or more years related mortgage industry experience
• 3 years of which are focused in direct underwriting
• Recent knowledge of mortgage underwriting guidelines demonstrated through recent underwriting experience
• Must have prior leadership experience
• Experience working with conforming and jumbo loans; Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac
• Experience calculating and reviewing income statements
