Job Summary

A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Process Improvement Subject Matter Expert in Lisle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing and documenting current and future optimized business process models
• Providing a holistic approach and process flow orientation to analysis
• Partnering to define, develop, test, and implement short-term and long-term projects that improve departments

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry in a senior processor / junior underwriter / underwriter
• Demonstrated experience thinking critically to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternate solutions
• Demonstrated experience discussing complex business and technology issues
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
• Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management
