Job Summary

A customer-focused provider of mortgage services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Mortgage Underwriting Team Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Adhere to general work requirements
  • Oversee a team of underwriters/jr. underwriters and/or processors
  • Remain current on funding and/or secondary market investor requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Able to manage underwriter quality and productivity
  • Able to participate in and recommend signing authorities for the underwriters
  • Able to manage and provide day-to-day support for second signatures, declination resubmissions
