Job Summary

A web and mobile computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Mortgage Product Management Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Build a web product vision that excites customers and our internal team
• Lead a team and foster a culture that develops results-orientated Product Managers
• Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) that focus cross-functional teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years directly leading two or more Product Managers
• Demonstrable success delivering SaaS and/or API-first products and features
• Hands-on experience working within the lending technology space
• Self-starter who’s comfortable with ambiguity and taking decisive action
• Natural leadership skills and highly collaborative team-player who can quickly build trust
