Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer is in need of a Remote Mortgage Wholesale TPO Escalated Loan Ops Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving production issues / bugs / defects to resolution
  • Managing resolution into production sprint/release planning process
  • Participating in UAT testing as needed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • 3+ years mortgage experience
  • 1+ year Wholesale Lending/Operations experience
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Mortgage loan programs
  • Demonstrated experience with analytical, critical thinking and problem solving
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
