Remote Motor Technology Support Technician

Job Summary

A motor technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Motor Technology Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting and ensuring quality implementation with field technicians
• Resolving and providing support via phone and email, to channel partners, field service partners and end-customers
• Performing remote maintenance and troubleshooting on customer’s devices

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of B2B or B2C support experience
• Experienced and knowledgeable in HVAC and/or Building controls and automation
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting hardware and software products
• Experience with Slack, Zendesk, Atlassian, Microsoft suite, and Airtable (or similar applications)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical drawings and wiring schematics
