Job Summary
A non profit organization is seeking a Remote Movement Communications Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and strategic plans
- Strengthen staff communication capabilities and capacity
- Establish operational objectives and work plans for the movement communications team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Paid travel to company events all around the world
- Extensive experience as a people manager
- Experience creating and implementing successful agile communications strategies
- Experience managing staff in a distributed workforce
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships around the world
- Experience in cross-cultural communications
