Job Summary

A moving services company is filling a position for a Remote Moving Industry Customer Service Agent in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking back-to-back, incoming customer calls, working to resolve customer concerns
  • Providing general assistance to customers before, during, and after their rental as it pertains to customers
  • Working internally with company team members as needed and assist them with resolving customer concerns
