A moving equipment and storage rental company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Moving Services Contact Center Agent in Spartanburg.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Take back-to-back, incoming calls from customers who need help with products and services
- Assist customers with quoting rates, sales and earning new business
- Assist with customer service related to existing business
