Remote MRI Scanning Manager

Job Summary

Managing the operational performance of the remote MRI technologist team, the full-time Remote MRI Scanning Manager will oversee scheduling, workflow efficiency, and image quality while serving as the primary contact for operational issues within a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling and staffing operations for the remote technologist team across multiple command center hubs
• Drive measurable improvements in image quality and operational efficiency through coaching and process enhancements
• Act as the primary operational escalation point for the Director of Operations, resolving issues in real-time to maintain smooth operations

Required qualifications

• Current ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification with active state licensure where applicable
• 7-8 years of progressive experience as an MRI technologist, with prior scheduling or workforce operations experience preferred
• Successful completion of an accredited radiology program or a 2-year degree; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong proficiency with scheduling/workforce management software and experience managing multi-site teams
• Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations applicable to MRI operations
