Job Summary
A healthcare service provider is filling a position for a Remote MTM Pharmacy Student Patient Engagement Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting patients to introduce and explain the benefits of the MTM program
- Scheduling appointments for the MTM Pharmacist(s)
- Delivering Targeted Interventions to assess appropriateness of medications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to receive and critically evaluate information from both oral and written sources
- Extensive knowledge of medications and medical terminology
- Active pharmacy intern or pharmacy technician license in the state of residence, where required
- Understanding of the pharmacist's clinical role in patient care
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a can-do attitude
- Proven record of excellent attendance and punctuality
