Remote Multi-Client Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time US Multi-Client Controller, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up services for new clients and coordinate a team of international bookkeepers
• Supervise and support ongoing bookkeeping services for assigned clients
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for multiple companies, ideally in roles such as Controller or Senior Accountant
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required
• Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary
