Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Multi Life Disability Regional Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Understand current market trends to evolve the Multi-Life Disability product for new audiences
  • Ensure a smooth and exceptional overall customer experience
  • Continuously strive to provide superior customer service

Position Requirements Include:

  • Less than 10% travel within U.S
  • Minimum of 5 years of Account Management experience
  • Ability to quickly anticipate and exceed the needs of customers
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • An aptitude for independent problem solving and service recovery
