Job Summary

A hospitality company is in need of a Remote Multi Property Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify and close local business for a specified portfolio of properties
  • Focus on all market segments
  • Create local sales plans through competitive set and SWOT analysis;

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong presentation, communication, and written skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel sales. Sales department management experience
  • Deep comp set and hospitality industry knowledge
