Job Summary
A provider of technology-enabled coding services has a current position open for a Remote Multi Specialty Coder.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing high quality E/M, procedure and surgery coding across multiple specialties
- Providing education to providers related to coding
- Focusing on several different specialties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Current CPC or equivalent through the AAPC or AHIMA required
- Must have at least two years of active E/M coding experience for multiple specialties
- Must have at least two years of active surgery coding experience
- Must be able to maintain a 95% accuracy rate
- Inpatient and outpatient E/M pro-fee coding experience is required
- Must be able to code E/M, office procedure, and surgery for each of three different specialties
