Job Summary

A medical technology company has a current position open for a Remote Multi Vendor National Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing all Escalations within their Regions
  • Providing leadership, training and technical assistance to the Field Organization as the modality expert
  • Analyzing complex problems, collects data, establishes facts, draws valid conclusions

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel will be determined according to business requirements
  • 7+ years servicing applicable modality equipment required
  • 2 year/ Associates Degree Required
  • Demonstrated skills and experience with IT networking technology
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with electronic circuit boards, processors and computer hardware
