Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Multicultural Site Development Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the effort to build site capacity and capabilities with enhanced diversity support
- Developing and leading outreach programs to minority communities
- Developing relationships with minority facing organizations that include both, medical and nursing organizations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/Equivalent - 10 years or MS – 8 years or PhD/MD – 6 years
- At least 4-6 years of leading complex cross functional teams as well as managing teams and initiatives
- A broad-based experience in clinical research
- Demonstrated understanding of cultural competency with awareness of specific populations/groups
- History of managing successful advocacy and academic collaborations / relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements
