Job Summary
A healthcare technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Multifamily Underwriting Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Underwriting transactions; managing due diligence and closings
- Implementing platform initiatives that impact and support organizational strategy and goals
- Assisting in operations of the assets - on-boarding new acquisitions, reviewing regular reporting, maintaining pro formas, and assisting with calculating quarterly NAV
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Previous experience (minimum 1 – 2 years) underwriting transactions involving multifamily assets -OR- other experience with requisite transferable skills (e.g., audit, accounting, or valuation experience; other underwriting experience)
- Outstanding organization skills and an ability to leverage and improve systems to manage a high volume of transactions
- Excellent problem-solving skills applied proactively with an eye towards constant improvement
- Excellent presentation, communication, and management skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent history of academic achievement; undergraduate degree required
