A dating app has a current position open for a Remote Multilingual Social Customer Care Moderator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing friendly and efficient support
- Troubleshooting users issues and reporting any technical issues promptly for resolution
- Accurately recording feedback, topics of conversation and user sentiment for further analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Full professional proficiency in English
- High level of written and spoken fluency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish or Russian
- Accurate spelling and grammar
