Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Multimedia Framework Senior Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative multimedia features
  • Help instrument and optimize performance of multimedia pipeline
  • Provide status updates to manager

Qualifications Include:

  • In-depth understanding of Linux, tools, libraries and open source development
  • 5+ years of software development experience with C and C++
  • Experience with one of Multimedia frameworks
  • Experience with ABR streaming protocols
  • Knowledge of the design, implementation, and optimization of media codecs
  • Experience with optimization for increased frame-rate and reduced latency
