Job Summary
An online music school is in need of a Remote Music School Product Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being finally responsible for hitting product OKRs and KPIs
- Owning quarterly roadmapping
- Seeking and synthesizing data and student feedback to create new feature ideas
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Previous Senior Product Manager or Product Director experience at a B2C SaaS company
- Extreme empathy for each individual student
- Deep understanding of and comfort with data
- Ability to use both to discover new opportunities and to prove impact of existing opportunities
- Some basic technical understanding of applications, platforms, and services
- High standards for team productivity
