Job Summary
A music technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Music Technology Customer Success Manager in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Deliver on exceptional customer experience
- Function as the customer advocate
- Track accounts to identify churn risk
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years in a SaaS environment
- 3+ years prior Customer Success experience or equivalent account management experience
- Great relationship-building qualities, communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Customer Success Platforms such as Totango, Gainsight or Planhat
- Proactive team player who has fresh ideas
