Job Summary

A music technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Music Technology Customer Success Manager in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver on exceptional customer experience
  • Function as the customer advocate
  • Track accounts to identify churn risk

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years in a SaaS environment
  • 3+ years prior Customer Success experience or equivalent account management experience
  • Great relationship-building qualities, communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Customer Success Platforms such as Totango, Gainsight or Planhat
  • Proactive team player who has fresh ideas
