Job Summary
A musical instrument manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Musical Instrument Manufacturing Gear Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating and troubleshootiong possible product performance issues
- Facilitating consumer product returns
- Tracking orders and shipments, also in SAP, and online through all carriers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-years of experience in a musical instruments retail sales &/or customer service contact center role
- 2-years of experience selling products in a call center or direct to consumer environment
- Experience with Digital recording products, DAWs, software programs, signal flow, etc
- Experience in a live audio environment configuring speakers, mixers, and wiring for live performances
- Extensive technical knowledge of all Fender product lines
