Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Mutual Fund Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Answering and responding to operational inquiries from current IRA customers via telephone
• Handling a high level of requests for account opening and maintenance needs
• Initiating proactive/follow-up phone calls on pending issues to ensure timely and satisfactorily completion

Required Skills:

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 required within established timelines
• FINRA fingerprinting upon hire
