A global software development company is filling a position for a Remote NA Professional Services Senior Director.

Must be able to:

• Identify and prioritize key initiatives to help build a value-add world-class services organization
• Collaborate cross organizationally to ensure that services practices and processes are aligned with supporting functional groups
• Manage customer relationships and overall satisfaction for clients within the Director’s portfolio
