Job Summary
A global electrical engineering company is filling a position for a Remote NAM Change Management Program Director in Atlanta.
Must be able to:
- Design, develop and manage the overarching NAM Transformation Change Strategy and Plan
- Lead and coach change execution teams and ensure the implementation of coordinated projects plans and actions
- Monitor overall and specific change plans, metrics and KPI’s
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or technical discipline is required with 10 years or more of experience
- Must have demonstrated strategic project and change management experience implementing change management strategies
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production operations environments and practices is required
- Must possess superior organizational skills with strong knowledge of HR and Change Management practices
- Strong understanding of organizational development and human behavioral theories
- Key behavioral competencies and success factors
