Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Academic Success Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing student strengths and challenges as identified in the online learner profile
- Conducting orientation sessions for students and learning coaches
- Monitoring student academic progress key success metrics for identified students
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Assists with IA student network and community efforts as directed
- Associate’s Degree AND 2 or more years customer service experience
- Experience working with children or youth
- Demonstrated proficiency in using online tools and applications
- Professional verbal and writing skills
- Comfortable with online and telephone communication with customers
