Job Summary
A privately-held health technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to assigned customers
- Manage and perform aspects of implementing new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Industry experience in business process management (BPO, BPaaS), selling and servicing solutions in healthcare
- Excellent customer service principles and practices
- Demonstrated effective story-telling to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, PPT, Word & Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
