Job Summary
A company that brings efficient and sustainable climate innovations to buildings, homes and transportation is filling a position for a Remote National Accounts Contracting Project Administrator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing large projects to ensure contract compliance and successful completion
- Performing general administrative functions to support the fulfillment process
- Initiating invoicing process and coordinate format, layout, attachments, and mailing with Shared Financial Services.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demosntrated strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as required
- Ability to enter purchase orders and receipt purchase orders
- Ability to coordinate with various staff for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including time sheets, daily reports, etc
