Job Summary
An insurance and financial services company is seeking a Remote National Accounts Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring strategic alignment, appropriate policies, and defined objectives for Account Management operational services across multiple product and territory lines
- Overseeing National Accounts in group operations, including sign-off authority, third party contractual requirements, appropriate risk management, and key controls across the Group business area
- leading and managing continuous process improvement and/or transformational efforts in a way that delivers economical, value added services to ensure a positive customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-7 years of demonstrated Account Management leadership experience
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and make sound data driven business decisions
- Experience in best practices and process improvement
- Bachelor's degree and/or advance degree is preferred
