An aerospace and defense company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Assistance Contact Center Representative in Bossier City.
Must be able to:
- Complete call guides and follow scripts
- Adhere to established customer service and documentation standards
- Adhere to established levels of service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of related customer service and/or contact center experience
- Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed
- Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Ability to work remotely
