Job Summary
An information technology services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote National Business Development Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Build a team and practice from the ground floor
- Manage the current 3rd party outsourced Sales and Business Development Relationship and outcomes
- Hire and manage a team of 8-13 Business Development Representatives (nationally)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience as a team lead or manager of a frontline business development team
- At least 2 year of closing experience for a technology company with security experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot Proven
- Performance of leading a successful team
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
- Ability to energize the team
