Job Summary
A provider of healthcare and clinical services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Cash Applications Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delineating, defining & streamlining functional activities; ensuring the organizational structure supports company objectives
- Adopting a continuous improvement focus; enhancing & standardizing work-flow processes to achieve consistency & best practices
- Collaborating with human resources, conducts in-depth assessments to ensure the best from qualified candidates are hired
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; five years or more related experience may substitute for bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced health care management company
- Direct cash applications experience
- Strong managerial competencies in the areas of leadership and team development
