Job Summary
A regional bank and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote National Digital Bank Technology Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Own, oversee & drive strategy of the development, implementation, assessment & support of one or more environments
- Drive & architect the overall health, performance, availability & resolution of system & client experience impacts
- Serve as the deep technical expert on the team; own training program for junior engineers & mentor as the go to resource on the team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to create, review & approve technical documentation, specifications & project artifacts with Sr Engineers
- Displays outward thinking, develops strategies for the full software development life-cycle of new and emerging technologies
- Demonstrates the viability; owns recommended technologies, maintain budget constraints & ensures communication & awareness
- Experience with recommending standards and best practices across the entire bank for technology
