Job Summary
A financial services holding company is in need of a Remote National Independent Life Distribution Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying prospective Personal Producing General Agents
- Facilitating warm introductions of qualified prospects to Regional Sales Teams
- Facilitating the ongoing development and maintenance of the PPGA recruiting database
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Less than 10% travel, as needed, to attend industry recruiting events
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years sales experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely with effective written and oral skills
- Proven ability to build rapport with prospects by phone and other methods of communication
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and other resources to aid in driving the recruiting process
