A digital healthcare service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote National Member Engagement Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building Outreach function as our service grows in the US
• Developing and implementing member outreach initiatives for different member populations
• Working closely with key stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• The ability to understand team performance and set new initiatives and metric
• Experience with sales, communications, marketing or community outreach
• Experience working with Medicaid or vulnerable populations
• Experience leading a team in a phone-based environment
