- Interacting with and supporting students via email, live chat, phone, course activities, and webinars
- Supporting pass rate initiatives by monitoring results, ensuring course content is aligned to exams, and facilitating exam prep webinars
- Serving as the primary subject matter expert, collaborating with the curriculum and compliance teams
