A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote National Operations Analyst in the Minnetonka Area.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leveraging workforce management software to support staffing requirements
- Creating customized reporting for real-time inbound call traffic
- Assisting with training on Workforce Management reporting and customized tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of reporting and Business Intelligence development
- 2+ years in service operations center, call center, or workforce management
- Experience with Tableau Desktop/Server or similar BI development and reporting software
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
